The Story Behind Coralis
A Continued Partnership
Coralis is part of a long-term development strategy in South Lombok, built around the collaboration between PT Nusantara Prime Estates and PT Evadalum Lux Asia.
The relationship between the two companies was first established through Costa Luna, an earlier villa development created and constructed by PT Nusantara Prime Estates. As part of the agreed partnership structure, PT Evadalum Lux Asia was engaged in the project’s sales, marketing, investor relations, and business development activities.
The partnership subsequently continued into Coralis, representing the next stage of collaboration between the two companies and a broader long-term vision for South Lombok.

Nusantara Prime Estates leads the development of Coralis, bringing together the project’s vision, planning, design, construction, and operational strategy.
The company also created and constructed Costa Luna, the earlier South Lombok villa development through which the partnership with Evadalum Lux Asia was first established.
